Dear Guests,

if you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as you can, but we respectfully ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for a cancellation or rescheduling, by text message (sms, email) or by a phone call.

We apply a cancellation fee if you fail to give us a notice of your cancellation.

For appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time, we charge a fee of HUF 30 000, due to be paid on your next appointment.
